My ETrade account was broken into last week and a TON of stock was sold. I realized what had happened, called them, was stuck on hold for 2 hours!!!!!! while they jumped me around, finally gave me a team of people (and by team I mean one person) who would "move forward and take care of the situation" Well, I cannot get a hold of anyone, left 5 messages since 3/10/08 with the "team" and finally called to get someone else today 3/12/08. The best they could do was "send an email to the team" and they would get back to me. Are you F%^&%!!!!!! kidding me? I am missing $80,000!!!! If they broke into my account, I am sure thet can get into HUGE accounts and steal much more money than that. So much for a "secure website". Unreal. I have started the process of filing a suit against them, and be sure I will get my stock back. I will take this entire company down if I have to, do you know what would happen if the high roller accounts holders got word of this kind of security breach? Can you say bankruptcy Etrade???? DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE IDIOTS!!!!!!!!
