When you get locked out of your own investment account, that's when you get the first red flags. they lock you out of your account and don't let you withdraw.

Went extra mile to regain access to my frozen funds{$78k . Suppose you are looking for someone to help you get your money back because you have been scammed. I would highly recommend contacting Hacktivist and crypto crime forensic expert webghost33 on Instagram. I lost a lot of money by being tricked and manipulated.

When I realized I had been a victim of identity theft fraud, my personal information has been used and my account was frozen. They were able to regain my account and get my asset back

Awful customer service

Awful customer service Managers are not responded when ask for case escalation , long time waiting for simple action , they promised me multiple time for callback and I never receive call feeling like my asset are hostage in their hand and I can do nothing customer service managers rejected to even talk to me on phone and let me know why my account is not working

Horrible customer service

I have been with etrade for 15 years. One day I found out I cannot login to my account and I waited 2 hours to talk to someone from customer service. They told me my account was inactivated for unknown reason, and asked me to write an email and I did. I waited another month and got no response at all from etrade and I have to call again (2 hours wait) and they told me I need to send additional documents! I am planning to close my account after I manage to activate it again and who knows if there's gonna be another nightmare to close the account.

User's recommendation: Expect 2 hours wait if you have to call them for anything!
